Was man wissen sollte... / What you should know...
Die D22 wurde 1989 in das Programm aufgenommen. Auch wenn es nirgendwo offizielle Bilder davon gibt, so gab es doch offenbar ganz zu Anfang ein paar D222 mit Kupfer-farbenem Kessselhaus. Mehr dazu hier.
Wie die meisten anderen Maschinen von Wilesco wurde auch die D22/222 ab 2002 mit Abdampf durch den Kamin und ohne seitliche Kondenswasserschale gebaut.

The D22 was added to the program in 1989. Even though there are no official pictures of it anywhere, there were obviously a few D222 with a copper-colored boiler house at the very beginning. More aboutb that here.
Like most other Wilesco machines, the D22/222 was built from 2002 onwards with exhaust steam through the chimney and without a side condensation tray.
