Jetzt mal Etwas für die Schiene - now something for Railroad

Es gibt immer wieder Fragen, ob es die Lukas noch gibt oder ob es nicht mal Zeit für eine neue Lok wäre. So habe ich mir gedacht "Schaun wir mal, was man aus Wilesco-Bauteilen noch für eine Lok bauen kann?". So bin ich nicht bei irgend einer Lok gelandet, sondern wurde inspiriert durch die erste Dampflok, welche jemals in Deutschland gefahren ist - der Adler 1835 zwischen Nürnberg und Fürth.

There are always questions about whether the Lukas still exists or whether it might be time for a new locomotive. So I thought to myself, “Let’s see what other locomotives you can build from Wilesco components?” So I didn't end up with just any locomotive, but was inspired by the first steam locomotive that ever ran in Germany - the Adler in 1835 between Nuremberg and Fürth.

Im typischen "Wilesco-Stil" ging es mir nicht darum ein hoch-präzises Detail-Modell zu schaffen. Aber man sollte schon erkennen, was es darstellen soll. Ich denke, das ist ganz gut gelungen.

In typical "Wilesco style" I wasn't interested in creating a high-precision detailed model. But you should already recognize what it is supposed to represent. I think that worked out quite well.
